aoh Maurizio (if you are Maurizio), look, I'm not hiding under other nicknames; my last message was signed Ossian... actually, I think it's you who is replying to yourself, Psycho style, or you could be a cop or who knows what, because no one is a registered user except the Venexiana... the little communists and the leftists annoy me as much as the Berlusconians (or almost); they have ruined the left with their homeless look, they go to demonstrations to smoke joints and get drunk because it's trendy, in the name of the left. PLEASE GROW UP or we'll end up like the lousy United States.

Furthermore, I entered this site not to annoy people but to comment on reviews and exchange opinions. You, dear Maurizio, didn’t even give a rating. Why not?? I wonder who the hypocrite is here.................

Dear janitor, in front of the crap written in the review, anyone can act like an expert, even the worst idiots, so even you... well, let's not exaggerate! In any case, I didn't get up to teach Italian but at most the history of metal. Sign up anyway, bunny. PRAISE TO THE VENEXIANA

oh Giorrrgio.........DANCE?? are you out of your mind?? they have gay-disco at the Village People! Ok Earl, they are Slayer, an amazing band and as such let's consider them unclassifiable, I agree, great compromise, only great bands can have the merit of not belonging to just one genre! p.s. by the way, I'm not a metalhead!

Ah, so the growl voice is Death, so even the Napalm who used it first are Death... difference of opinions for me, the growl voice is Grindcore, absolutely and typically Grindcore at least in the very early years, Death metal copied it later. It seems to me that your differences in styles, Earl and Giorrrgio, are based EXCLUSIVELY on the voice; if anything, it’s the opposite, one could say that Reign in Blood is a Death album with clean vocals, not that it’s a thrash album with Death vocals. Earl, I agree when you say that there can be differences even within the same styles, of course, especially in vocals which no one has exactly like another person!!! But damn when you have different RHYTHMIC GUITARS, SOLO GUITARS, SPEED, ATTITUDE, LYRICS, RIFFS, DRUMS, AND VOICE, then excuse me, but you have some issues defining the styles!!!

Well, let's start reasoning, that's already something. 50% of the Death Metal genre is given by the growl vocals... it seems to me that sometimes you first listen to and compare today's Death bands, then you go back in time and say "Slayer aren't like today's Death, so they're not Death, they're thrash." This seems like an upside-down argument to me. I believe that the differences I've pointed out above are all undeniable and lead to only one conclusion: that at least Slayer and Metallica do not play the same kind of music. At least allow me that. If you continue to see Slayer as thrash, that's fine; maybe I'm the one who's wrong...

Same as for "Blizzard of Ozz," it's RANDY RHOADS and not Randy Rhodes, come on, at least here you wrote the name right, thank goodness, why? Or on "Diary of a Madman," the guitar features Randy Rhodes while on "Blizzard of Ozz," it's Rhandy Rhodes? Great Randy and great album, in my opinion, on par with Blizzard.
