Well-written review but too short, I agree with sfascia carrozze. The 5 for the record is due to its historical significance; musically, I prefer M.O.D. Giorrrrgio, is it possible that if you don't like something, you can't even acknowledge its historical relevance? Give it at least a 3, if you really have to curse! p.s. The Black Sabbath still did better in 2 days...!!

For sure, Bathory are black metal, and to be honest, they are the only ones I listen to out of the ones you mentioned, they're definitely older... why not say that there exists new black metal and new death metal then, to avoid confusion? It's true that Venom are musically more linked to the '80s and the NWOBHM, but I repeat, almost 20 years ago, Earl, I considered Venom black metal, now how is it that they are no longer??? One can't, I repeat, do the reverse process, it would be like saying... Cream are blues but BB King is not, since they are different! Believe me, if a person loves Bon Jovi, they cannot love Slayer and vice versa; at most, they might happen to listen to them. You said that "Reign in Blood" is thrash based on hearsay... I give the review a 3 because I've never heard the album. Thankfully, "Slippery When Wet" is a load of rubbish (except for Sambora), let alone this one. The point about money is valid and can be applied to thousands of bands. Unfortunately, as we age, we become disillusioned, especially when I think of Metallica, who cursed those using limousines and now have a private jet...
