Dear Kurt, it’s all true, but in the meantime (and guess what), they have banned a ton of people who were polluting the message boards with petty comments, people who gave 1-star ratings to reviews written by valid and creative users (i.e., not me), without even reading the content! Are we kidding?? Definitely no to censorship, but there has to be a minimum of fairness!! And damn, this site is not ours, and I fully agreed with the editorial that clarified the need to eliminate those who have infested (and continue to infest) the reviews with comments that are borderline brain-dead: characters who insulted freely (and heavily) anyone without a valid reason other than perhaps a lack of masturbation. "Paladins" who dared to give 1s in bursts without having written even a "porco diaz" of a review!!!! I don’t know about you, but I renew my dissent, which doesn't focus much on music, optics, or literary reviews, but rather refers to those who still can’t grasp what a wonderful, well-maintained, and well-done site Deb. is after almost a year. You can have your personal, legitimate, and debatable judgments, but I can only see it this way. And I owe this to people like Sfasciacarrozze, Kosmogabri, Azzo, and many others through whom I can express things that wouldn’t even be insulted in everyday life given the high level of indifference on the matter. And those I mentioned are editors and users I don't know personally, nor do I talk to them secretly to “make any sort of career,” nor do I frequent them, let alone kiss their ass (and they remember how much of a bastard I was at the beginning, and they’ve even forgiven me). Think what you want, but I will remain unmovable on this: the site is significantly declining in terms of users, not in layout, renewal, and innovation (where, on the contrary, there are countless positive testimonials).

It might be my impression, and the De-editors shouldn't take it personally, as they are totally excluded from what I'm saying, but Debaser is really going downhill.
