Genesis Selling England By The Pound
Voto:
The review is also very progressive.
David Bowie Station To Station
Voto:
Bowie is the inspiration for many bands I appreciate, and you can feel it here (Magazine, Associates, and especially Bauhaus in "Kick in The Eye"). I don’t know why, but I don’t really like his records; I believe his ideas were developed better later by other artists. Rating 2.5

"Not Available" means "not available". Anyway, interesting feedback, well done.

I only listened to them back then, pretty easy-listening but not obvious, they weren't bad.

A mediocre disc that deserves to stay where it is (the forgotten place).
Jamiroquai Emergency On Planet Earth
Voto:
Very strange, but this time I agree with colossalyouth. With this guy's success, it's the Music planet that has found itself in an emergency.
Neil Young Harvest
Voto:
"Harvest" reviewed by The Clash and Joe Strummer, I didn’t know punks liked bucolic country. An album that doesn't fit my tastes at all, maybe because for me country holds the same artistic dignity as dance music.
Nurse With Wound Thunder Perfect Mind
Voto:
(Gulp! Mike77! Almost a namesake!) As for Nurse With Wound, I only have a few mp3s for now, but I will definitely explore them further. One thing's for sure, to listen to them you need to invest quite a bit of energy; it's not something you hum in the shower.
Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness
Voto:
"AAAAiiii chent dens, Aaaaaaiii chent tolk, Onli thing ebaut mi is the uei ai uolk." Effectively, the anonymous individual is right on the money; the latest fruit of the Collins-Rutherfurd-Banks partnership is a milestone in 20th-century music. Tracks like "Jesus He Knows Me" and "I Can't Dance" (along with their respective videos) are nothing short of seminal. To silence the controversies, I name "We Can't Dance" the best album of the five-year stretch from '90 to '94 and "Mellon Collie & bla bla" the best album of '95 to '99. A nearly symbolic passing of the torch between the genius of Collins and the genius of Corgan. Let's hope that Genesis, like the Smashing Pumpkins, consider a reunion to gift us more magical moments.
Bauhaus Best Of Bauhaus: Crackle
Voto:
Thank you for the advertisement kaisar, too kind. But how sad, the Bauhaus forgotten in their homeland? Perhaps the musical culture of the English is overrated? Or maybe it’s the Virgin megastores that suck...
