Celentano is an immense performer, but with the last two albums, he's scraping the bottom. I would save just the title track, where he makes it clear once again to the hip-hop newbies and rappers that the intuition of rap was his more than thirty years ago, no matter what the rap philosophers think.

To say that Battiato is overrated is heresy, not least because there are countless overrated singers, especially foreign ones, whose talent is light years away from his. Battiato may at most be overrated in a specific area of his artistic activity (for example, the pop phase of La Voce Del Padrone), but the breadth and variety of his entire body of work is such that it is, in itself, a reason for admiration.
