Giovanni Allevi Joy
Voto:
Of course it’s disconcerting this ostracism towards Allevi, I really can’t explain it. I feel like we’ve ended up in a circle of aging lovers of classical music. And yet you must be around twenty years old each. But can someone explain to me why the hell it’s not possible to compose instrumental music in a modern key in 2008? What is it that you don’t like? The technique? The style? The harmony?

A b-sides album shouldn't, by definition, have more than three stars.

review from disconcerting stupidity. Perhaps the reviewer is unaware that we are in 2008 and not in 1808, when Vienna really understood more than New York. Allevi is certainly not Mozart, but he's not an inexperienced fool either, quite the opposite. The album is nice.

A slightly lengthy review, the Sanremo piece is a gem; I've promised myself to buy the album.

Jovanotti has studied man to the core?...what have you been drinking?
Lenny Kravitz It Is Time For A Love Revolution
Voto:
There’s no denying it...the review hits the mark. I’ll add, without having listened to the album, that one of Kravitz’s unforgivable mistakes is the pretension of being able to record albums practically by himself: the result is always that flattened sound that feels too much like it’s been manufactured...
Mika Life In Cartoon Motion
Voto:
Oh my God, I find many evaluations of this review a bit far-fetched, but all in all, it's readable. The album, in the realm of exquisitely pop music, is awesome. Mika's greatest achievement is having nailed at least 5 songs to leave for his future repertoire. Which, given the times, is little...
