Geek the boy, were you the one who commented on my review of Lisa Germano? I'm replying here: don't worry, the CD hasn't been released yet!!! I own it because they were selling the promotional CD on eBay, which anticipated the release of "In the maybe world," coming out on July 17th. For information, you can easily visit the Ondarock website (they will write about her in the coming days) or underground fanzines like Rockerilla and Blow-up.
As for how to buy it, that's not easy; Lisa Germano's fame is already limited in America, a bit wider in France, but in Italy, she is mostly unknown, so don't hope to find the new CD at your doorstep. There are a few ways to purchase it: either you sneak into some music fan fair (for info go to www.kolosseobologna.com) or you pre-order it on Amazon or eBay... there are no other ways.

One thing, though, huh?? Soon my review of Desertshore should arrive. Contrary to what many might think, I want to emphasize that I wrote it days ago, and I wasn’t aware of this review.
I have deep respect for COX because I've noticed he's kind and helpful, and I would never go against him in pointless contests of skill. In fact, a few days ago, I at least thought I had sent the review to the editors, but since they haven’t published it, I’m postponing... let’s hope for the best.

Madai, come on, it was all in good fun. I'm certainly not going to say anything about the fool or the deaf person, especially not me...;D If you want to argue about thoughtless comments, then talk to other people, who are the REAL ruin of this site. On the other hand, it seems hard for me to give a negative rating (for heaven's sake, a four is good) to a divine singer who has marked the history of music. And then, if you look closely, I considered another hypothesis: perhaps it hasn't been listened to properly, and keep in mind that this isn't measured by the number of times it has been heard or the years it has been possessed: this is a slow, gradual process that matures over time. Only in this way can one understand the quality of a work or not. By stating this, I certainly don't doubt your spiritual depth. But to everyone who rants against this album in particular (and you're not one of them), I have a little question for them, not at all obvious: “But have you really listened to it?!?”. No hard feelings!

But I believe that anyone who doesn't give their all to an album like Desertshore is either deaf or foolish. Or maybe they haven't listened to it properly; in that case, I strongly recommend doing so as soon as possible.
