Thank you all.
You're right, you can't find it on eBay, try some public library because for now I won't ship it to you :P
I’ll try to come to the Turin meet-ups, but let’s not throw anything away. My body is a Temple.

Great review, especially the analysis of why it wasn’t successful. Congratulations.

I don't think this has to do with what struck us about the film. It's a subjective discourse. True, the film doesn't explain any of that, but for my part, I'm more interested in the story itself than in those things that I believe serve as a background. I mean, when I got up from the chair, I felt satisfied that way; it's probably a matter of personal expectations. You're right about the story of the spinning top, but it's a good way to close the film and shift the viewer's attention to something else.

Hello everyone. I will try to respond to all of you; so even if I don't tag you with @ followed by your name, be patient and read everything.

So, on the posters, it boldly says "From the director of The Dark Knight," so comparing them seems quite natural, especially if I didn't like the previous one and it was passed off as a masterpiece. Add to that, it was the only Nolan film I've ever seen before this one, Inception.

It's not complex and indecipherable; I consider it quality entertainment, and I believe Matrix was as well. Regarding the questions like "how does it work" or so on, I think there's no need for that; the film works even without answering everything, and generally, films that try to explain everything tend to deflate.

Tomgil, you're right—DC and not Marvel; that was a silly oversight on my part that makes my reasoning seem superficial. But I think in both cases, they are companies full of "American-ness." DC created Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman—all characters that I find a bit "square," as is their relationship with evil and justice.

Matrix: I believe I have been clear; I never said it's a simple film, but that the plot is simple. Those seem to be two different things.

I admit, however, that I didn't explain myself very well in the review (and there are some repetitions), so some misunderstandings can happen.

I've heard a lot of good things about Memento, but unfortunately, I've never seen it; I'll see if I can rectify that.

Francesc, let us know how you found the film.

I would skip the question about school because it's easy to find extremely pro or con cases.
But you, the reviewer, would you let someone operate on you who has learned their skills from Wikipedia?
If you want quality, you have to be selective; it's pointless, it's ugly and sad, but that's how it is.
Let's take a simpler example: someone goes to the supermarket and buys half-rotten grapes just because it's still grapes? No, you select and choose the best ones.
Saying that obtaining degrees is a money-making circle is partially true, but it certainly doesn't justify this kind of reasoning.
