Hello everyone. I will try to respond to all of you; so even if I don't tag you with

So, on the posters, it boldly says "From the director of The Dark Knight," so comparing them seems quite natural, especially if I didn't like the previous one and it was passed off as a masterpiece. Add to that, it was the only Nolan film I've ever seen before this one, Inception.
It's not complex and indecipherable; I consider it quality entertainment, and I believe Matrix was as well. Regarding the questions like "how does it work" or so on, I think there's no need for that; the film works even without answering everything, and generally, films that try to explain everything tend to deflate.
Tomgil, you're right—DC and not Marvel; that was a silly oversight on my part that makes my reasoning seem superficial. But I think in both cases, they are companies full of "American-ness." DC created Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman—all characters that I find a bit "square," as is their relationship with evil and justice.
Matrix: I believe I have been clear; I never said it's a simple film, but that the plot is simple. Those seem to be two different things.
I admit, however, that I didn't explain myself very well in the review (and there are some repetitions), so some misunderstandings can happen.
I've heard a lot of good things about Memento, but unfortunately, I've never seen it; I'll see if I can rectify that.
Francesc, let us know how you found the film.
