At this point, better the dARI, at least they make you roll with laughter...

A piece like "Hands Like Rain" would make many rock fans happier than the talented James McMurtry.
Bob Dylan Planet Waves

There is something to say about "Dylan" from 1973. It's not a real Bob Dylan album, but rather a pretty underhanded, mafia-style operation by Columbia, which wanted to punish Bob (who actually did everything to block its release) for signing with Elektra-Asylum. With all the hidden gems of Bob that Columbia had at its disposal, they chose to dig up the worst outtakes Bob had recorded during those years. Naturally, the general public, unaware of all the context behind it, harshly criticized Bob and the album.
The Rides Can't Get Enough

Really excellent album, musicians in great shape, and both the original tracks and the covers are of absolute class.

This film is really great. Among other things, the two characters are portrayed perfectly. Niki Lauda can’t be called unfriendly, but he does nothing to be likable, which he's not. Meanwhile, James Hunt was someone who wanted to be world champion just once. In fact, once he achieved that, he raced for another couple of years, and then he retired. That was enough for him.

1989, Montserrat, the Stones are in the studio for "Steel Wheels." A manager arrives, invited by Jagger to discuss contracts regarding the tour. They're listening to "Mixed Emotions," the first single. The track ends, and he approaches Keith, saying, "Keith, my friend, great track, but hear me out, if you arranged it a little differently, it would be better." Keith searches in his doctor’s bag, pulls out a knife, throws it, and the knife lands straight between the guy's legs. Keith says, "Listen, kid, I was writing songs when you weren't even a gleam in your father's cock. Never try to tell me how to write songs again."

I remind everyone that soon (December 1) it will be the ninetieth anniversary of this catastrophe.

"Five Long Years"... "I'm Tore Down"... "It Hurts Me Too"... "Blue before Sunrise"... there you go, when Clapton plays those numbers, for me, "Clapton Is God!".
Paul McCartney Pipes Of Peace

"Tired record," "moment of creative emptiness"... well... just a bad record. I only save "Through Our Love."
