They are different pedals... anyway, I've now entered a phase of love-worship for the DD3, despite my name... by the way, last night Steve Shelley with the Two Dollar Guitar... a legend... and I might be talking nonsense, but I think the Sonic Youth were inspired by those sounds for this album...

For easy: it comes from the name of that pedal, which I wouldn't call a delay but an analog echo.. it has a delay time that's too short to be defined as a delay..
