but what a piece of junk review! DO YOU REALIZE THE MOUND OF DISORDERED CRAP YOU’VE WRITTEN... come on, you can do so much better, I'll be waiting for your next review.

Look, orchestrating a piece like Odyssey is no joke... I don't think there are other guitarists able to do it, and I repeat, Malmsteen, whom I adore, or other shredders and non-shredders, are guitarists, artists, etc., but Romeo is a master, a composer... they are two different worlds, not one better than the other, just different.

It sounds like an adolescent review... if it isn't really...
I don't like them; they are banal in content, but I have to admit that they are definitely innovative and original (especially for the keyboard sounds).
A note: don't exalt Alexi Laiho too much; he's a talented and very skilled guitarist (in fact, I'll say more, playing and singing isn't easy), considering his young age... but he’s not anything spectacular.

GUYS, I THINK WE DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE. THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW AND SUPERLATIVE CASES OF AN ELECTRIC GUITARIST-COMPOSER-ORCHESTRA CONDUCTOR. GOOD OLD ROMEO, IN ADDITION TO BEING PROBABLY THE MOST TECHNICAL GUITARIST ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH, IS A TRUE MASTER, AN ORIGINAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPOSER. TO SAY THAT ODYSSEY IS A METAL TRACK IS TO UNDERSTATE IT. ALL THE BRASS, STRINGS, WOODWINDS, AND ELEMENTS OF THE SYMPHONY HAVE BEEN ORCHESTRATED, WRITTEN, AND DIRECTED BY MICHAEL ROMEO. AN ENORMOUS WORK; I DON'T KNOW OF ANY PRECEDENTS FOR A SIMILAR WORK (MALMSTEEN, FOR EXAMPLE, RELIED ON A COMPOSER'S HELP TO ORCHESTRATE THE MILLENNIUM CONCERT). IN SHORT, IT SEEMS CLEAR TO ME THAT WE ARE FACING A WORK OF PURE GENIUS.

Okay, I accept different opinions
but has anyone of you even listened to the album in question? I really don't think so...

DESPITE YOUR REVIEWS MAKING US ROAR WITH LAUGHTER (AND NOW YOU'LL REPLY LIKE A GOOD PUNISHER SAYING "WHO CARES, I AM AGAINST LAUGHTER"), I MUST CONTEST SOME "STYLISTIC" CHOICES IN YOUR REVIEW.
LET ME PREFACE, I AM NAPOLETANO AND I HATE GIGGI D'ALESSIO AND THE NEOMELODICI... BUT YOU CAN'T TALK LIKE THAT ABOUT A CITY LIKE NAPLES! YOURS IS A CASE OF MEDIOCRITY. PURELY DESTRUCTIVE CRITICISM... YOU DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT REPORTING A MUSICAL DEGENERATION SITUATION (ACCORDING TO YOUR HIGHLY DEBATABLE TASTES), YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT CRITICIZING... JUST GOING AGAINST AND THAT'S IT! DEAR PUNISHER... DO YOU KNOW THAT GIGGI D'ALESSIO IS LISTENED TO IN CITIES LIKE TURIN AND MILAN ALMOST AS MUCH AS IN NAPLES? DO YOU KNOW THAT BEHIND THE ENTOURAGE OF THESE HALF-PARASITES NEOMELODICI ARE MUSICIANS WITH BIG TALENTS WHO WILL SLOWLY EMERGE FROM THE DREGS? DO YOU KNOW THAT THE NAPOLETANO MUSICAL SCHOOL IS ONE OF THE OLDEST AND MOST REFINED IN ITALY?
THE FACT THAT SOME LITTLE SHIT SINGER TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION, ALSO PLAYING ON THE SADLY BORBONIC MENTALITY OF THE SOUTHERN POPULACE, PISSES ME OFF TOO... BUT WHEN I THINK THAT D'ALESSIO IS PRODUCED BY THE NORTHERN MAJORS! I REALIZE THAT PERHAPS THE PROBLEM DOESN'T RESIDE SOLELY IN THE EARS OF NAPOLETANI. BUT OF COURSE, AS A GOOD PUNISHER, YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS... AND YOU'RE ALREADY PLANTING BOMBS IN DIFFERENT CAPITALS.
DON’T FORGET MY HOUSE... MY BROTHER HAS TWO MP3s SAVED ON THE COMPUTER (YES, HE DOWNLOADED THEM... WHAT A SHAMEFUL DISGRACE!)
BUT FUCK YOU!

mmm anyway, I myself, being the author of the review, found a small correspondence between "lotus feet" and some pieces of the Mahavishnu Orchestra
above all A Lotus On Irish Streams
but also others... it’s not plagiarism, don’t get me wrong... but it closely mirrors the intentions.

hahahaha Malmsteen sucks? Trilogy is a masterpiece! Rising Force is the apotheosis of shred guitar, with a feeling, a touch, and an expressiveness that are unique in the world. An incredible ability to evoke emotions, which is also present in the three heroes. For the Love of God, Always with Me, Always with You, Manhattan, Cliffs of Dover, Satch Boogie, and the latest Lotus Feet... masterpieces! I agree that the G3 album is self-congratulatory, pretentious, and at times boring, but the purpose of G3 is to bring together the greatest guitar heroes and let them go wild (while freaking out guitarists like me who listen and think, "How the hell do they manage to find the feeling, the technique, and the right sound all at the same time?"). None of this can overshadow the greatness and mastery of these artists.
