St. Anger... an album made in a hurry but it's worth listening to. Sure, if you compare it to the amazing old works, it might come off as poorly done, but considering all the problems they've had... well, let’s forget about that. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that Metallica showed some guts with this album!! (anyone can get lost for a moment in life) FUCK YOU ALL, LONG LIVE METALLICA!!!!!!

With the black album, Metallica reached a point where very few other bands (in the genre) have ever arrived. All the songs are perfect; anyone who doesn't fall in love with the black album is not mentally okay. Yes, with the arrival of Bob Rock, everything changed, but Metallica are still Metallica.
