For me, it's not better than the other two, but it's still a good album. Besides the ones already mentioned, I'd like to highlight Highway Song and the mind-blowing Fuck The System.

I saw them live and they give an incredible charge (I almost lost my spleen). The themes are more or less shareable, but the lyrics of Solamente Por Pensar are horrendous ("Carlo Giuliani paid the dirty tyranny of a police state" - Clichés à gogo). They are fun, but in the long run, they tend to get boring.

And I would like to know why, in the Italian parliament, you are allies, indeed, governing TOGETHER with other parties such as Forza Italia, which pursues no ideology other than making money and looking out for their own interests, or the Lega, which seems to go against your ideals of a strong and united Italy (besides the fact that it counts among its representatives only minus habens). Where are your values, what you believe in? Do you really feel like being part of the same "team"?

Pop has its own structure, it is immediately catchy, not overly elaborate, and although Dieci Stratagemmi was successful, that does not seem sufficient to define it as a pop record. Let it be clear, however, that I am not saying that Battiato is strictly an experimental artist.
