I watched the movie and I didn't like it AT ALL. The worst film by Quentin... this need to be trash in the Hong Kong martial arts style doesn't work in a production of this scale... the fights were a deadly bore... the final showdown between the two heroines was embarrassing... we’re not on the same page, dear Quentin... I won't even go see the second one... I'd rather rewatch the latest by Zhang Yimou. True Poetry on martial arts.
PS: For kurz, regarding Miles; it seems strange to me that it was recorded at a different speed from the release. Certainly not different from that of the film: if I'm not mistaken, Miles and the band played/improvised the music in front of the film images that were rolling in the studio... a masterpiece of film and music... you did well to remind us... PPS but where do we put Badalamenti's soundtracks???

Meanwhile, in the USA, their latest work has been released... in Europe next spring... go to their website, where you can stream the new tracks...
