Vasco Rossi C'è Chi Dice No

Objectively, it's not the last Vasco to remember. Jet, you're almost tempting me to review The Bizarre Adventures of Andrea Braido...

Congratulations, especially for the fact that at your young age you enjoy rediscovering the gems of the '80s. Well done!
Kiss Crazy Nights

Now I'm going to throw out a blasphemy: I think that Kiss is one of those bands that it's essential to have a greatest hits and nothing more.

So, find Hard Rock Alleluja, start it up, and if you feel like moving your little foot and your butt, it means it worked. Rock is like medicine...
Journey Trial By Fire

Yes, both Rainbow's era Turner and Deep Purple's Perfect Stranger have significantly contributed to the evolution of the genre. However, if you think that an album like Perfect Stranger is considered the ugliest, at least in Italy, of the Purple, you will understand the interest in AOR. Instead, I believe that both Toto and Survivor represent the peaks of the golden triangle of adult rock, even though they favored the more pop and radio-friendly side. As for Survivor, who have gone from Rocky to Maria De Filippi, I think they had the ability to create the best melodic lines ever heard: maybe technically they weren't at the level of Journey and Toto, but in terms of choruses and clarity, they are unbeatable.

Here is the rating. However, it is also appropriate to highlight the flaws of this band, which can be summarized in a certain repetitiveness, especially concerning the melodic lines and the choruses.
Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon

I have the impression that the editors have lost their minds: how can you publish such indecency? Okay, The dark side will be criticized and is subject to criticism, but is this a review? Do you really think that musicians like the Floyd are that superficial? Of course, basking in the role of the contrarian...

Of course, if you make an album every 4 years, without concerts, it's unlikely that people will get excited.
Journey Trial By Fire
Voto:
Essentially, AOR is hard rock mixed with radio-friendly pop. In Italy, it has never found a carpet of potential listeners: lovers of genuine pop found it too hard, while those of more visceral hard rock considered it too sugary and prone to easy melodies.
Journey Trial By Fire

Well, actually such a revival seems to be happening. The comebacks of Journey, Survivor, Toto, other works like those of Radioactive, and the ever-vibrant Harem Scarem demonstrate a desire for redemption. However, let's keep in mind that even in the golden years in Italy, this genre was niche and never truly appreciated. The Survivors are the ones from Rocky, Toto are the ones from Africa, and then complete darkness...
