Blind Guardian A Twist In The Myth
Voto:
I have to correct myself; the opinions I've read on other sites also lean strongly in favor of the album.
Rhapsody Eternal Glory

Exactly, the symphonic component prevails above all. Lovers of pure metal will be disappointed.

You wisely maintain a position of neutrality, considering that this album will be, like the previous one, equally loved and hated. You want to say: it won't be a masterpiece, but they have upheld their dignity.

Either die in the house, or nobody wants you...
Blind Guardian A Twist In The Myth
Voto:
Well, the glories of the past are far away, but I don't consider this album to be bad, just as A Night at the Opera wasn't. Blind Guardian certainly doesn't lack courage, which drives them to experiment and explore every possible aspect of power metal, without renouncing their musical roots. However, in front of the metal fan who is notoriously resistant to change and would always like to hear the same beloved sounds, I think it will be hard for them to accept this artistic direction.
Aurora Sutra The Land Of Harm And Appletrees

Yes, in Germany there are many bands dedicated to sounds that straddle medieval folk and certain new age. I'm thinking of Qntal...

We intercepted each other, my friend...ha ha ha!!!!
Iron Maiden Powerslave
Voto:
Do you remember the movie I Will Marry Simon Le Bon? Well, in one scene of the film that showcases the dualism between Duranies and metalheads, there’s a shop window featuring the vinyl of Powerslave prominently. It might not matter to anyone, but since everything has already been said about this album, I think it could be an interesting tidbit.
Manowar Fighting The World

The plush boots, those are powerful...
Blue Öyster Cult Tyranny and Mutation
Voto:
I don't know the album but it's shameful they didn't include your review among the favorites. Blue Oyster Cult is more of a monument for various bands than for genre experts who have too often snubbed them. Another song that is often covered is the famous Godzilla.
