Why should I only dedicate myself to what I like? Can't I spend two words to say what I think? Is it wrong to say that the music this singer creates, what's her name, oh yes, Celine Dion, sucks? No, I say it for sure, for heaven's sake...

No, I’m someone who thinks Celine Dion and frozen pizza suck.

Alright, Federico, you're right... if you like frozen pizza, keep eating it... I'm going to the pizzeria, bye.

2+2=5, you are right about the reviewer, highly unprepared and above all very impatient; the Melvins have made 20 albums and are definitely one of the most challenging bands to ever exist. Pachydermic, slow, obsessive, and murky... it takes time to understand and appreciate them. They don’t kill you right away but they hurt over time...

Ah, let's not forget all that came before Mother Love Bone and Green River... a bit too much not to at least call it the Seattle Scene (aka Grunge).

I don't agree with you dear 2+2=5, when a scene starts to become productive (especially economically) and the clones begin to be truly too many, it's easy to step back (like Pearl Jam and Soundgarden did, or like Blur did with Britpop). The scene, the grunge scene, or whatever you want to call it, was really them, the cornerstone bands (PJ, Soundgarden, AiC, Melvins, Mudhoney), and the unions (collaborations and supergroups) stand as proof of it. Temple of the Dog, Mad Season, and even the incredible Alice Mudgarden (go check out the booklet of Sap, year of grace 1993). Furthermore, Yamamoto from ex-Soundgarden with Truly, Cobain playing and producing the Melvins while with Nirvana he helped Mark Lanegan on his solo album "The Winding Sheet" and the soundtrack of "Singles" to complete the circle.

No Rivo, it’s said to make David Byrne explode, don’t take it personally.

I also add that the aforementioned disc is comfortably located among the NICE PRICE CDs (reissue by WEA or WB, I believe).
