Deep Purple Perfect Strangers
Voto:
This album, which beyond the opinion of a "supporter" like myself is of undeniable value and as highlighted by some of you, may be one of the last to gather at least three pieces that can truly be considered classics. Perhaps (among the younger listeners) those who have had the chance to listen to and be interested in Deep Purple after their "real life" periods will consider "Machine Head," "In Rock," and also "Made In Japan" as insurmountable, and personally, I would also include "Burn."
Without a doubt, it is easier today to summarize a career spanning more than four decades with "folders and subfolders" that might lead one to think they know everything about a band, but that have nothing to do with having shared the anticipation and release of the albums that we often pause to comment on.
I believe (and I am glad to not be the only one thinking this way) and I positively assess (not because I am biased; I have had the opportunity on more than one occasion to write "less favorably" about DP) their remarkable return while fully respecting the diversity of opinion.

Congratulations hellraiser, an extraordinary narrative that has the ability to make the reader soar over the historical context you perfectly recount. An album that is a must-have!

Without a doubt, an album that is difficult to absorb and that clearly requires its due time. Objective examination, aries!

A true act of love towards the (perhaps) most original group from Seattle.

For those who want to have it all, these EPs are a godsend, with a good description of the content.
The Doors Absolutely Live
Voto:
This first album by the Doors may not be the best starting point for getting to know the band, but it manages to be a pleasant synopsis of the musical aspects tackled by the four from Venice. A group that has nonetheless succeeded in expressing itself through sounds mixed with a sung narrative, producing a collective result that (at least) in those years proves to be unique and cutting-edge in its own way. As March says, who considers "...Live" a nice album but also verbose, I feel inclined to regard this album for its contained rarities (...MaGonk docet), although perhaps "In Concert" (a common thought with my knowledgeable friend hellraiser) is slightly superior from a qualitative point of view. Thank you all for your generous evaluations of the above and for the dissenting voices, always welcome, as an expression of a differentiated presence of opinion.

A pleasant reexamination for a nice review (..there, it even rhymes...).

...can you explain to me later why the "vote on the work" doesn't come out?;)?
