killgod, your reasoning has no basis!!! Read my review of "stone cold bush" and you'll understand that I also like the old-school RHCP, but that doesn't mean we should completely disdain their current albums. The same goes for by the way; despite being a bit ugly, it had some well-crafted songs. And stadium arcadium is a rich and interesting album! We need to try to be objective! It will never be a mother's milk, but for their age, it's really a good result. If you think about it, the last CDs by REM and U2 are way worse than this. It seems to me that this is an honest effort and that they put in a lot of work! I don't give it a 4 because there are some songs too many.

If you had listened to all the CDs carefully, you would have understood that the 6 CDs are very different from each other and have been divided in such a way that each one represents a side of John. It's not a commercial operation, it's a commercial suicide!!
