I’m resisting the tide of people who keep spoiling half the plot for me, I’ll try to see it asap.
Bungie Studios Halo 2

I would have spent a couple of words on the fact that it was the only game on the original Xbox still having a community of 20k players online, but the fact that M$ decided to shut down the game's servers with the closure of the first live... well, it's a game that has expired. The PC version is ridiculous, requiring Vista and Dx10 for a game programmed with libraries that are barely at the level of Dx8.
Konami Silent Hill 4 The Room

The fourth is commonly put down as the worst... strange, I find it probably the best after the first two. Between a third that’s all atmosphere and zero plot and a bland fifth, the fourth boasts a better horror storyline than the third (not that it took much), finally has decent enemies (how can you complain about the enemies? Finally, there are human ghosts, reanimated corpses that are impossible to kill, people coming out "of the fucking walls") and you're complaining? Everyone, and I emphasize everyone, the monsters from the previous games were absolutely ridiculous and clownish, this is the only chapter where they don’t make you laugh. Another point often brought up is the fact that for a good part of the second half of the game you travel in company... and that’s a flaw? When ever... The only thing I agree on is the downtime during the travels, which I don't know about on console, but at least on PC become quickly skippable. One last thing, it’s true that there’s practically no fog in this one (if I remember correctly, just one trap sequence) but given the places explored, I wouldn't say it’s missed.

Capcom Resident evil 4
Voto:
it's not a Ps2 game, it's a GC game. On Ps2 it's a port with heavy adjustments. On PC at least you can force anti-aliasing filters and the game looks nice (besides the cutscenes, where you'll fully enjoy the low resolution). The beginning of the end, the last RE is Code Veronica. The fifth one, besides making me freak out due to the obscene and completely anachronistic control system, bored me like rarely before, I finished it out of inertia. For survival horror fans, I recommend Amnesia - The dark descent for PC, you'll wet your pants without a doubt.
George A. Romero Land of the Dead

p.s. Day of the Dead is good, probably Romero's last good film.
George A. Romero Land of the Dead

Let’s not kid ourselves, Diary is absolutely nonsensical and filled with crap. When the guy films the girl running away from the zombie instead of helping her, and she ends up running away with the idiot, I don’t know how I managed not to grab the DVD and throw it like a frisbee out the window.
George A. Romero Land of the Dead
Voto:
but indeed it's true, the bad guys are the humans, the good ones are the zombies. Romero openly stated that he had essentially exaggerated his vision of Bush's America. That said, the film is enjoyable, but nothing particularly striking. Above all, it has the misfortune of being preceded by Snyder's Dawn of the Dead, and the latter is significantly superior as a Z-movie.

Tony Scott Revenge
Voto:
All good, but discussing Tony Scott for Top Gun (OMG) and the decent The Fan while leaving out the excellent Man on Fire, that just isn’t right. Nice movie, but nothing to write home about… I only really remember a few brutal scenes and the sex scenes.
