the problem of the subject in question is the same as many of his radio companions... too dance, too commercial, too calculated... the ambition is always to attract even the most superficial audience with the summer hit, it has to be easy listening and there’s no room for deviation from the formula, the important thing is to sell and stay in heavy rotation as long as the sun is shining... bah...
