I've been listening to them recently... technically monstrous, the only criticism I might have is that they can be perhaps a bit too over-the-top, but they're quite good at what they do.

It's excellent; at the time I had thought of doing it myself... the directorial choice of hardly ever leaving Amin's entourage ends up creating a somewhat disorienting film, but fortunately, the cast supports this choice.

Um, by the director's own admission, this was a "food movie," and when it reached the top of the U.S. box office, the producers and the director themselves were the most surprised. So to say that this film is "EXCELLENTLY MADE" is definitely debatable... And let's face it, watched today, it's an unwatchable mess.
