sooner or later it had to happen that a review of this "rapper" would pop up... at least those few who don't know him will have a chance to get a couple of laughs

I really liked it a lot.
Ryan Murphy Nip/Tuck

the first season is memorable, the second less so, the third even less, the fourth even less than that, and the fifth is a garish mess of sex and gore that hides a script devoid of depth. Thank goodness they followed it up with Californication... anyway, rating for the first season is a 5, rating for the last season is a solid 2.
Jason Reitman Juno

Yes, but not five stars. Bartle said it all about the character; it’s amazing how the event in question is handled in the film. In the end, it’s as if nothing significant happened, and the viewer leaves with a smile.
Wes Anderson The Royal Tenenbaums

beautiful, great cast and a lot of craft
Tim Burton La Sposa Cadavere

Cute, but 2 notches below the masterpiece Nightmare Before Christmas... very well made, Burton's touch is evident in the contrast between the 2 worlds; it's a fairy tale that perhaps feels a bit clichéd...

Here we judge a DJ, and the ability to mix and live performance matter more than anything else. Producer skills? In progressive trance? It’s just melody following a predetermined scheme; it’s no coincidence that it’s a static genre. The difference is made by the mix and the technical ability of the one behind the decks. The fact that DJ Mag or DJ List has little reliability is your claim; they don’t check the majors or anything else. On the other hand, the diversification of DJs at the top is evidence that the ranking is not entirely unreliable. Tiesto hasn't reached the top since 2004, although he certainly remains high up. Why did I give this album a 5? Because it's with this album that trance really begins to gain acceptance. You can hate Tiesto and Armin as much as you want, but if there are two people who have really done a lot to bring this genre into the spotlight, to the mainstream public, it’s them. Not to the point of making it mainstream, but enough to propose live shows where it wasn't previously thinkable to do so (legally). Why does this album deserve to be remembered? Because it contains some key tracks of progressive trance, it encapsulates all the basic metrics, it’s a summary of everything that continues to be heard now, years later, milestones that are and will continue to be referenced even in 30 years. That Tiesto may not be the best DJ in terms of live mixing is a fact, but with some of his past compositions, he has certainly earned his place in the sun.

But then, have you ever seen these live? LIVE, not on YouTube.
