I'm in agreement that Neu does sound more universal. And of course, I'm referring to Negativland. But I'm not so sure; the acidity of the guitars in that piece, while distant from the typical '70s, is still recognizable. For can, the guitars are even more contextualized, I agree. But libezeit?
