But what the 3 up! This album is 38 years old, and we’re still here talking about it and listening to it, who knows why? Because it’s been 3?

Sure, transparency works better... "the MM develop an original sound, seemingly raw, but which, upon closer listening, reveals a remarkable refinement of sounds..." Come on, this Marylin is an unpleasant clown with whom her record label has made a lot of money. It's all "fuffa". A bait and switch. Sure, her music might be enjoyable, but don’t write those things. The character is a joke.

Caz... Caz... by now I’ve understood that you enjoy dialogue based on the logical-scientific consequences of sentences written in succession. If a word “jumps” out at you, you’re capable of metaphorically shooting someone. I believe you study them for an hour, meticulously searching for anything that seems off in the sequence of posts. And if something doesn’t add up, there you are like a vampire on blood! But deep down, I really think you’ve fully grasped both what I meant and what primiballi wrote.

"Come with me," the Italian version of "Born to Run" isn't bad... :-) and maybe "Azzurro" is the Italian "The River"...

A great album. Classic Italian. Well done RingoS.

Bowie&B., this review confirms one thing that, perhaps, not many (young people) know: "Cocaine", probably Clapton's biggest hit, was not written by him but by a certain J.J. Cale... I have this album too, but after 5 listens, it has just sat there. Lacking depth and meaning.

Bowie&Barrett... usually it's him who runs away from me :-). Indeed, among these albums, Enya's CD is a happy little island, but it's an island with colors that are too bright, sea too blue, and palms too green... that after a week you can't wait to leave.

Beautiful review. And I love pets, but I've postponed listening to this album and I regret it. I will make up for it as soon as possible!

Perhaps the last sentence saved you (from my point of view, of course)... This album is not a masterpiece. In my opinion, it's a great pop product that, at the time, helped me relax during airplane trips, but not much more than that. Enya's albums are too light, which makes me suspect they lack a soul... Very easy listening. They offer little. Then this particular album actually contains three or four nice songs, but just as many fillers, in my view. I would give it a 3.5 if that were possible.
