It’s incredible that there are two excellent reviews regarding the same album (excellent).

.... so you should buy it right away. Hal, just one question, is this Legacy series remastered properly?

Giov, there's no denying you're pissed off even on a Saturday. Ghimmitumibeibe ahah ahah! Can you recommend an album that you consider worth listening to just for fun (meaning: it’s Saturday, and I’ve had a pretty heavy week, I just want to listen to something light to let off some steam, relax my muscles, and ease all the synapses in my brain, none excluded)?

The girl from moonchild? What does that have to do with the review? You're worse than D'Agostino. As for the rest, the review isn't bad; it's calm, balanced, and it almost gives us the impression of listening to the album. Then, with the references to the upcoming parties, it all feels very Christmasy. I can almost see the colored lights. The traffic, the light drugs, the side crystals, the angels in line, and the Befana... it couldn't be better...

Come on, don’t be mean to Bob’s son! It’s a good album. And I believe the Wallflowers can definitely stand on their own, having proven it many times with their previous albums. This isn’t their best, but it’s not bad either. One thought, the father’s songs with the son’s voice? As for the rating… should I compare it to the father’s work (if so, it would be around a 1.5) or should I give it a score based on a standard metric?

So, I liked this disc. I admit it’s commercial, it’s easy listening, at times trivial, sometimes there are copied refrains but, after all, I enjoyed it. Of course, even the slightest effort against the war in Iraq and against a clown president tilted the balance in their favor a bit (even if it definitely feels very commercial... anyway, they did it. Let’s not forget that not long ago in the U.S. a then very well-known female group was banned from all broadcasts after a statement against the war and they took a nosedive in the charts. The same goes for Springsteen, targeted by the U.S. right). Here punk (if there is such a thing...) has a very pop dimension. I would call it pop-rock. Anyway, definitions don’t mean much. The fact remains that after putting it in the player, it entertained me. Period. Sometimes it just happens...

I'm taking a little tour to "advise" some of the reviews here. And this one qualifies.
