I also have this vinyl (and all their others). And here's a cover that, I don’t even know why, has always seemed perfect to me, much more than the one for the CAN track, which I liked anyway. It's their very personal reinterpretation of May This Be Love by J.E.

Hello, Psaico. Here are the proverbial 5 desert island discs for the young man: Tim Buckley – Lorca, Pharaoh Sanders – Black Unity, Grateful Dead – Dicks Picks Vol 4, Tim Hardin – Suite For Susanne Moore, Anne Briggs – Anne Briggs. And here are his favorite guitarists (and there are some surprises here...): Bert Jansch, Wizz Jones, John Martyn, Lead Belly, Harvey Mandel, Richard Thompson, Derek Bailey, Daniel Bachman, Robert Fripp.

I arrive late to this damned review, which I wholeheartedly approve without a shadow of a doubt, even though I haven't listened to a single minute of the album in question. - p.s. Kosmo, several comments above, draws a parallel with Vanoni (albeit only in relation to Mannoia's fate): well, to me that seems like a blasphemy even to make the comparison. With all the understanding stemming from the actual caricatural drift of Ornella, which could generate perplexity for those who don’t know her. But let’s not make blasphemous comparisons, come on.

In short, the same old music from junkies. The discharge.

Found. You’re the one who will review "Truth and Beauty" by Ian McNabb, right? - p.s. for me this comes after, in order, "Steve McQueen" and "Jordan: The Comeback."

Nice, huh, but I prefer "You, Me & The Violence." Great page.

It is certainly an interesting book, if for no other reason than, as far as I know, there isn't much else like it in Italian. Making choices within the realm of "other" music (a definition that works by exclusion, thus evading its own function) is already quite a job; from the names you mention and the thematic sections, it seems to be approached with an attempt to at least define some homogeneous areas. The vastness of the "scenes" considered obviously entails some exclusions, and I'm curious to discover the names included. Thank you for the recommendation.
