And I called him potato, but we all know that the real tuber is her, who, no matter where you put her, I always see her in Mad Men...

I'm quite perplexed by the term "Tarantino-esque" referring to Duples' gaze, which I look up on Google Images and see a big, always-smiling potato often dressed terribly. Then I check Wikipedia and see that he is an American actor, screenwriter, director, producer, and musician, the potato. Wow! And it doesn't stop there: he is "...considered one of the founders of the mumblecore movement." Damn! For mumblecore, you can look that up yourself on Wikipedia. Anyway, where did you see him, at the cinema? I always give you a 5, out of flattery. Here you go.

Great page, concise and effective. I’m going to listen to it now.

I beg your pardon, I am among the few who didn't write to you begging you to turn the light back on, but now that you have done it, thank you. It was pitch black, indeed, in this garage... - P.S. sumptuous page, album I'm listening to that makes my hair grow back

P.S: Bartle, you who can do anything, correct the date in the text (1993 instead of 2003) so that the brash young ones don’t tease me anymore. Thank you, Monsignore.

Oh yes, Bartle, it never hurt. Look at the face Susumu had, The Leaf Label: SUSUMU YOKOTA and tell me if he doesn't seem like a decent little man. I read that "Yokota's family apologized (to the owners of Lo Recordings) for the delay in this announcement, explaining that they had never been in the habit of communicating with the music industry." It's funny, but I was really saddened to learn of his passing…

Obviously, "...over 20 years ago, in 2003!" is a typo. It should be 1993, with the album "The Frankfurt-Tokyo Connection." I'm sorry.
Jon Hassell Vernal Equinox

P.S. There was already a review of this album, maybe you should read it. Nothing exceptional, but it frames the album a bit better in its context. Don’t hold it against me, I have all of Hassell's works, this one, for example, on vinyl: so let me say that albums shouldn't just serve to vent literary whims, at least not only for that. Maybe, if you like and are passionate about the artist, dig a little deeper into their journey and try to be less approximate in your statements, avoiding throwing various bits and pieces you've skimmed over here and there into an imaginative pot. Because before knowing "... the sonic islands of the universe," a minimal and precise understanding of the sounds of this land doesn’t hurt. Regards.

I stopped at "...collaborator with Eno and Riley in the famous 'In C'." Can you explain what you mean?

Anyway, just listened to something on Bandcamp and it's worth it.
