Ah, a competition is underway, how nice. On one hand, the extreme scarcity of content is perfect, at DeLuogo, condensing an unnameable amount of things, among which are insipid little songs tackled by illustrious DePenne with analytical flair and a great display of words. On the other hand, if one wants to get by with a trick, more precision is required. "Whole Lotta Love" is not the most perfect definition of rock'n'roll. Circle, punch, and whatever comes in front.

Well, I’m downloading the film; I only found a subtitled version. The review raises a series of complex issues and then expands into scenarios that, in some cases, seem a little forced, in the sense that many other disparate factors are at play (the Cucchi case, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the attack on Europe). But it’s written in a discursive and dense way. However, it says little about the film itself. If I find the time and peace to watch it calmly, I’ll let you know.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to listen to it in a while; I gave the CD to a friend who enjoyed it after listening to it at my place one evening. I have a preference for Pieranunzi's works; among those I know, I can't recall a single one that isn't at least good, but this one, in particular, works perfectly. Nice review, though hindered by a visual "compactness" that takes away the air...
