Alright, I didn't mean to imply that you had to listen to it at the time of its release (I was wearing short pants in '67, I think I heard it in '72/'73), but that if you come across certain records during a period of "discoveries," not just musical ones, that may have all happened together during adolescence, it's possible that something more than just the exclusive musical value remains... Overall, though, the Jeffersons are less significant than others when it comes to "...everything that came after."

Son of his time seems to me one of the merits. And dated is an obvious consequence. Although it’s true that some other productions from that time seem more "listenable" today. But, generally, it is due to a lesser "adherence" to those times... A matter that seems trivial, seemingly. Then, somehow, the "sentimental" side also plays a role, and on that side, everything becomes slippery. Bai bai.

Well, damn, me too, like rickyfrusciante, I don't agree about the bassist, of course. But apart from not having any gay inclinations or experiences, for everything else...

Come on, Caz, I wouldn't have said that. And have you listened to "Mingus," from '79, a beautiful album by Joni? If not, you should, please. I'll look for this DVD. Another 5 for the "explanatory" comment.

I don't know McC.'s solo career, except for some scattered things, and I’m not familiar with this album either. The review seems to indicate a good title to start from. Thanks.

With this, you’re done. You should have apologized to the people and places you have painfully insulted, and you know it perfectly well. I hoped I was wrong, but I imagined a response of this nature and this level. Adieu, beautiful dark one (but have you looked at yourself?). And best wishes for unforgettable personal successes.

And damn, even the time steps of these messages... DAMN, if they're private matters I DON'T WANT TO KNOW! How is it that most of the time I can't stand you but I find you cute? Must be love?
