You take it a bit easy, huh, dasaro. Skipping over the main issues raised in the comments and using parts of some, distorting their meaning. No offense, but who cares about your opinions on any topic, just as who cares about mine? They’re all opinions, always debatable. However, you need to explain to me what the hell was the need to express them through the disgusting form you used. And no dodging. It was your first time, and in my post I hoped that the next ones would be different, in spirit and in "form." It’s not a personal matter. I would like that to be clear. Some things you wrote, for me at least, are truly unacceptable. Bye.

I just saw that Hal mentioned her in the review of Punk Jazz - The Jaco Pastorius Anthology, from 2003....

CAZ, I found this, did you know it already? "...Jaco's fame emerged after joining the Weather Report. Jaco had his first encounter with Joe Zawinul outside the Guzman Theater in Miami in 1975. After the soundcheck, Zawinul was at the entrance of the theater when "this skinny long-haired kid in raggedy clothes" approached him. "The day I met him," Zawinul says, "he came up to me saying, 'My name is John Francis Pastorius III and I am the greatest bassist in the world.' And I, of course, replied, 'Get your ass out of here!' Pretty nice meeting, don't you think?

No, G__á, that’s not where genius is expressed. I only made a brief reference to his delirium in my post because what needed to be said has already been mentioned in the review of Al Mukawama, which is among the Editors' choice. Here, and with a repetition that borders on the pathological, he reaffirms some gems of his thought. It’s an interesting case; we will have the opportunity to study it further, 'since I don’t believe it will stop bestowing pearls upon us.

Think about it, Frantz, I gave away Guerra several years ago. Are you saying that today I could have made some money off it?

ajejebrazorf, my current profession has nothing to do with this. I met (Reich) because a former partner of mine is his friend, as are other musicians and composers (Glass, Eno, Riley, Mertens, Palestine, and others), and he has previously taken care of organizing the execution of their works in Italy. The significant thing is that none of these GREAT MUSICIANS would ever dare to express themselves towards anyone, let alone a deceased person, in the terms in which this young man has done. There is a limit to everything, and here, as far as I'm concerned, it has been far exceeded. Enough, I don’t want to repeat myself further. I apologize for the boredom.

C'mon, C'mon, we knew the Melvins. And forget about Grunge, whether it existed or not. Nonsense. Definitions that serve the industry and are useful only for codifying into "genres." It's about writing songs, it's about style. The deceased had plenty of that to offer. And free to think otherwise, the issue doesn't change. I know you like it when they go off, but there's also respect for the life and death of others involved, whatever it may be. And you can't accept it being used to show off at the end of a "review." What kind of respect is that, when you behave like this...
