So, gentlemen, who knows this record? Is it available today? For years it has been quite hard to find. I've only heard it on vinyl, over twenty years ago. Does anyone feel like talking about the record, providing useful information, perhaps without too many poetic attempts, both about the record and the musician? Thank you to anyone who does.

Hey, Enk, what are you doing, joking? You're telling me to read your reviews? But I haven't missed a single one of those gems you give us pigs. Don't be, among other things, vague and confusing. Then when I tell you, in the various places where we cross paths, you always seem understandable and determined. Here, for example, the first comment, as you can see, is mine. Reply to that if you’re talking to me, and don’t confuse me with others, it makes me sad. Goodbye, little head.

ajeje, I think I understand what you mean but the chronological order needs to be reversed. Maybe Einaudi will remind you of Glass (partly), since his pieces are the ones you hear in the samples, and Celletti just performs them. Although to me, Einaudi seems more indebted to Mertens. Another term I gladly avoid is that New Age which reminds me of certain ladies who are so accommodating and so exhausting... bai bai

Aeneas, no way. He's just one of many that I will recover as soon as my discharge comes back. In the meantime, the other day I bought (on sale for € 9.90 at Blockbuster!) the DVD of Elephant Man, so I'll watch it again and let you know if the old, small doubts still exist or if time has made me more sensitive (or improved the film). Maybe we'll agree on something once I find Bresson. Al Pacino, thank you, you’re always too kind. The cute little one is around your area, I believe...

Strange guy, he seemed a bit more tone-deaf than you would after repeated listening to strumming. Etilistic look, you know that wrinkled and "dusty" appearance? And also a bit sardonic. But there was little time, I was in the workshop and there were other people; he seemed at times expansive and then suddenly brusque... It was before the release of the album you reviewed, a couple of years ago, I think.
Don’t search anymore, I’m sending you mine. Baì bai

Socrates, as I was telling you, I doubt that those records come from there... Well, more or less the names I would have mentioned. Which means, aside from a now-autoclone of Prince (the most innovative musician of the '80s, in that field, sign one of the 10 records of recent years) that A Tribe or De La or Arrested Dev. Or Brooklyn Funk Ess. (and how can we forget the first, great Guru and the happy Home by Spearhead) and company were perhaps the closest, temporally, that made us glimpse a possible evolution full of avenues. But, aside from the few names that emerge and not all at the same "height," I don't sense major signals from those lands. A bit of material on this front, time and desires permitting, would be worth adding, on DeB, I believe. Maybe I'll give it a try too, but I would count more on your undeniable expertise. Have a good day, gentlemen.

Hello, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Well, you know, I listened to the single by Pinky Lizardbrain (great name, right?), available online, and I must say it’s rather perplexing. What’s more, it’s really quite ugly... Oh well, now I want to listen to my little pianist tackling Satie and Scott Joplin. Have a good day.

Sweetheart, of course you can. It’s always a pleasure. I have scrupulously avoided the clichéd term minimalism, as it often brings with it inevitable baggage that I didn’t want to allow space for. In fact, I was pretty satisfied to have managed that: the absence of that word, in my opinion, is the best thing about this text. Also because, if I have the time and desire, I wouldn’t mind making a modest contribution in this place in an attempt to highlight some albums that have marked significant turning points in the compositional approach and are, in some ways, at the origins of what, too often and not just in music, is hastily classified with the term minimalism. Nyman, whose work I know quite well, seems to me, however, the least interesting of the bunch, from the perspective I mentioned. I’ll come and visit you at yours. It doesn’t relate at all, but have you seen "A Home at the End of the World?" And had you read the book?

Hey, perfectblue, give yourself some time. What do you want to inhibit? It's outside the logic that "governs" this organism; you'll have time to get a sense of it if you have the patience to follow its evolutions, to really "immerse yourself" in it. You're new to these places, so act like a true traveler, not just an ordinary tourist—wander a bit here, a bit there… If instead you've been here for a few months, like me, you should have understood that it's just one of the prices you pay when you leave an open space... anyone can enter. This is advice from someone who has had more than one dispute with certain "presence." I don't know if I made myself clear. Bye.
