Do the "non-reviews" talk about the album? Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. This one does.

For donzaucher: there are two rec. by P.F. in DeB, of the two albums I think they're better. Take a look, they’re good and give the idea.

Yes, this about Mouse is really strange. DAMN, maybe this Cibo Matto you've really heard little about. It might be talking about attitudes, but the dish they serve is from a completely different cuisine...Hello, etc.

LordHenry, I have an antidote, I hope it works... Regarding the post addressed to dottmarcus, I intended to respond to a comment that perhaps wasn’t directed at me, but that we sometimes encounter: if you don't listen to this music, don’t judge it, the little garden, or similar things. It's not like that, actually. Maybe you listen to it with a broader spectrum, and what, for example, I liked on first listens reveals itself, for me, irretrievably weak and too derivative after a few more. In this album, in particular, I find a static quality and predictability that prevents me from avoiding comparisons that are almost automatic. I can imagine that the same doesn’t happen for someone who, for instance, hasn’t heard or experienced many things in their time and enjoys the album from a different point of view. That’s all. And the 3 I assign to this album seems appropriate to express this "feeling." Motorpsycho is at 3.5, from that perspective... As for the generic nature, it was a three-line post, what do you expect? We must consider that many of the things produced today suffer from this "genesis" based on sound models and approaches to the song form that are previous and highly characterized, some resolving it in an original and "creative" way, others less so. If one decides not to take that into account, that's fine; who cares. I don’t do it for critical exercise; it’s just that they "sound" to me that way. I hope I've explained myself.

Curious, I really like this record too. This release a bit less than some of your others, although the closing is gggooood and right.

So this was your school, my son? Are these the monsters that produced Mr. CAZ? Many things would make sense if that were the case....

dottmarcus, perhaps the little garden is a bit bigger than you think, and it doesn't just listen to a different genre but, perhaps, much more music than you imagine. And maybe we’ve heard certain sounds and structures many years ago. So, perhaps, someone can give a drastic but justified and sensible judgment, and it’s not a matter of throwing anything away, let alone excrement. Maybe you're interested, maybe you're not. But it might have been good to let you know. Bye bye.
