Challenging coordinates, agreements among those present. Alright, let’s go listen... When did this come out?

Hey, you hunchback, did you know that scrolling through your reviews I’ve already noted down a bunch of albums I missed? Get a move on and start writing again. Don’t worry if it's crowded; pages this dense and fast are a godsend, let me tell you from a chatterbox. Bye.

Well, yes, it wouldn't be bad if it were that way. However, this place is a book written by too many hands to correspond to a single approach... Dyer's book is a mechanism, cleverly designed, to capture even those who don't know music but love the suggestions that the page offers. I actually know more than one person who started listening to jazz after reading those pages... In fact, this seems to me the greatest analogy with the best pages of DeB, dear Hal.

Ah, Symbad, you didn't know "Still Life..." I was convinced you did, I don't know why. It's a good book: as I told the young editor (and he responded with an eloquent smile) a bit "sycophantic"... I believe it's right there, perhaps in the introduction, that Dyer admits his "late" approach to jazz. - You know I still haven't read the article? I think I'll treat myself to that distraction this evening. Have a nice day after (back pain)

I'm listening to it, and I think it's an excellent work (4.5). I'm going to try to get the others, which some consider even better. I read that it was created as the soundtrack for the magnificent "Il Gabinetto Del Dottor Caligari": desert landscapes for German expressionism. It would be great to rewatch the films with this music...

Well, Symbad, I'm sorry about your back; I hurt mine a few days ago, see how we're doing. - But my point about Dyer wasn't really a defense attempt; I just wanted to point out where it comes from. I remember he himself would tell the story of his approach to jazz, but don’t ask me where. At this point, I’m definitely going to read the article. - Do you have a trusted masseuse?
Peter Frampton Comes Alive

Kosmo, I hated it. My brother, a guitarist, played it all day long, and I just couldn't stand that sound. And then all those girls who were crazy about him.... I didn't know it was the best-selling live album. We're in good shape (but it's undeniable that the numbers work for him). I had the chance to listen to it again (not all of it, for God's sake): torture.

Jacula! Come on. I remember the comic, a little gem... Well, I think I understand, listening to the samples, the reason behind the producer's encouragement for Area. I'm using the Degustibus Card for the record. The lyrics of Mayem, on the other hand, deserve a 5 even from those who don't share their tastes.

Symbad, I believe it's useful to keep in mind that the young man (Dyer) came to jazz around the age of thirty, after listening to entirely different kinds of music. A love that blossomed late, probably not fueled by that rugged and all-consuming hunger that captures those who fall into it, perhaps with an instrument in hand. A love with "intellectual" nuances that needs to square circles: I will read the article calmly, also in light of your observations. What was in your egg?
