Hello, Wanderer. Let me summarize what has been said in the comments. What you have, (with "New Moon Daughter") is the most loved, I believe, by everyone. Here, as I mentioned on the page (a bit lengthy, so thanks for your patience, Antmo docet:), there's a nearly "pop" turn that could, at first, disorient and disappoint an old lover. But the album is valid, and should be evaluated with all the precautions of any "new beginning." The usual handful of samples can help to get an idea... - Hello.

I saw on their website that they are formally a nonprofit organization. They also provide job placements according to law 381. They seem very active, having received funding from various sources. Alert and industrious... - So you are far from our homeland? May I ask where, or would you prefer to keep your privacy?

Boredom, are you also in Rome, or were you just there for studies? Someone among you who is going to the concert should write a couple of lines for DeBaser. Then we'll send them directly to Brancaleone. You never know, they might have a live review section :)

Among all, he is one of those I listen to the most. I recognize in your reviews the Zornian fever that often spreads among his listeners, and I had it too, to some extent, back in the day. Naturally, even if only for the squandering of wealth it entails, it has sharply declined. Not to mention Zorn's congenital prolificacy. But all of those you've presented (including those I don't know, but I trust you) are records that can be appreciated even by those who don't have that fever. Not yet, at least...

Well, a bit of mess with copy and paste, but with some effort it's readable :)

Here is the text of the email: A user of a site (DeBaser) that collects and publishes “music reviews written by anyone” contacted me to inform me that they found a text, clearly “similar” to what I had written some time ago about the excellent album by Battles, on your site. I don't care at all that someone found it useful enough to briefly describe the content of the album. I suppose I could be flattered, perhaps. In truth, I have no desire to be a “reviewer,” and those words written in the immediacy of listening can go wherever they please. However, there is a “Creative Commons License”: Creative Commons — Attribuzione - Non commerciale - Non opere derivate 2.0 Italia — CC BY-NC-ND 2.0 IT Not that I’m particularly excited about that either: I’m just a user of DeBaser and I wouldn't dream of making requests. Even though I generally appreciate a citation of the author, even if unknown, when “excerpts” of their material are used. I do it. Always. But it’s a matter of style rather than legal norms. I hope the concert by that handful is good; from what I hear, I don’t doubt it. And I wish you a good evening. But I propose something: why not link DeBaser on your site? After all, it’s an open and buzzing organism that welcomes contributions from everyone. In case the author of the presentation of the Battles concert has lost or deleted the address, here it is: www.debaser.it. Best regards. Odradek

Rodney, I just wrote an email. Now we'll see... - So you know this Brancaleone? - Yeah, go check them out. Those who have seen them on the European dates seem to agree that it's a great concert. Bye.

Yes, I've seen it. Well, I wrote this little page just two hours after buying the CD. And the words you read down there are mine, written literally in one go. Like all those signed by me that you find in DeB. Not memorable, but authentic. By the way, they only extracted part of it (I believe the best) and changed a few things, shortening it. I don’t care much, but I thank you for the heads-up. Who knows, maybe I'll contact them and thank them for appreciating the text. (They could link DeB in return if the site wants more visibility) - Nice album, right?

I tried, and it should work. However, if you copy it, after pasting it in the bar, delete the spaces that form (in this case not izie and rece nsioni). The website is www.giudiziouniversale.it. You can get there from the home page, at the bottom left, from Archive > web reviews. It's not exactly a masterpiece of a review; without flattery, your page is definitely more expressive and engaging. But that one summarizes well what I more or less think too. A 3 isn't a bad score, and in the overall context of his work, it seems to me the right one. - Yes, I suspected you weren't a young shoot :) - Have you been to the R&R restaurant near Caselle? If not, I'll see if I can find the phone number and address, which I don't think is on the guide... (I keep losing its ticket and every time I have to call a friend!) Bye.

I'm late, as usual... a.c., have you already played in Bologna?
