So, dear Enea, to prevent you from making other somewhat gratuitous assumptions by extrapolating the unsaid, I will try to clarify. <Finding niche names>: 'sti TONTO are, as you kindly admit. <Small records of originality>: Zero Time, I learn from good Piero, ...they were the first duo to make an album entirely played with the synthesizer. Here’s the other simple explanation. Then, also from Piero, ...the two will be hired by Stevie Wonder to arrange his soul masterpieces. - There you go, that's all. Listening to some things, I didn't derive any impressions of particularly interesting work, nor, to my ears, particularly pleasing. But... <I will listen more attentively, and in full> so the superficiality of judgment is averted, since I intend to listen to the entire album to express a judgment. I hope that, in the meantime, the right to a first impression is granted. Isn’t that so? And since you somewhat clumsily extract things, what I was saying to you referred to the pages of Pin which I hope you have read in their entirety. It’s tiring, but I’ve decided that with you it’s necessary to clarify phrase by phrase, word by word, and attempt the impossible task of preventing you from "inferring" or "interpreting" in the various forms you skillfully adopt. -

Class is not water and makes a difference. With a trainer like this, it's hard to get the lineup wrong. I will send an observer to keep a closer eye on Vinicius. He might end up in the transfer campaign...

So, I listened to something from Zero Time by TONTO's Expanding. Well... I understand the thrill of uncovering niche names, small records of originality. I would say, at first "glance," that ending up as arrangers for Stevie Wonder has been a rather dignified outcome for the two nice gentlemen... But I will listen more attentively and in full. They deserve a page in any case, given their peculiar primigeniture. And this is something you could write about without too many hesitations, just as it comes. It's not "In C" ;))

Yes, it's true, a record. The most simplified among the ultra-simplified. I treated this little Frenchie well. And to think that usually they don't excite me much... Hi, white tigerzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

A pure white tiger... "the electronics of the laptop and echoes of bizarre kraut rock, indietronica and the ā€œpoeticsā€ of homemade artifacts, vintage Casio keyboards and cartoonish pranks." I ask, indeed. (always voting for the samples, records?)

It seems you liked it a lot, Ghemison... I remembered them, but I thought they were long gone. That <but> before four forty-year-olds, yet it's still so fresh, made me want to bite your fresh little ear :)))

I’ve read very little bullshit in his reviews. However, when I didn’t appreciate something, I didn’t hesitate to let him know - I'm on the chase for Moog Tonto. Bai. This time for real.

P.S. 2: the ease with which you pass summary judgments always leaves me astonished. The definition of the pages of Lato B, Renzo Pin, Testosterone, is at the very least unfortunate. What a shame.

I need to buy the record. Hi, John.

No, I don’t know what happened to Lato B, and of course I’m not at all the putative father. But I believe he is one of the most effective and enjoyable writers to have appeared on DeBaser since I’ve been here, despite some temptingly forced polemics that were part of the character. I would love to possess half of his skilled verve. I think he simply got tired of the game. - I’ve written about ten pages in these days, which will see the light little by little, I believe. Many about records that are not at all ā€œcommittedā€ or ā€œepochal,ā€ but recent, very recent, and tasty. Like the last twenty or so that I’ve jotted down. And I have another ten records, most of them recent, that I think are worth mentioning on DeB. I’m just an honest keyboard worker, a midfielder with some offensive qualities; it’s not a question of the stage, but of meat on the fire, of variety of choices. - I’m in no hurry to ā€œmeasure myselfā€ with Riley; he’s a man who inspires deep sympathy in me, a kind of affection, and the only concert I truly regret missing recently is his, a few months ago, at the Mole. But I was caged at work. - So ā€œmodestyā€ has nothing to do with it, (forgive my French) nor does accounting. It’s just respect. P.S. Yes, dear Enea, I ā€œlivedā€ it. And I know nothing about these TONTO's expanding, and assuming it’s not a playful invention of yours, I will certainly read the pamphlet with pleasure. Even if often the aspect that you find delightful is not so for me. But that’s absolutely secondary.
