I listened to them, starting with the one you reviewed, Giubbo, which I might like a little less.... I didn't think they had a good live act, but listening to you.... - The image with which the review opens is very beautiful, and I like the reference to sloppiness/avant-garde; definitely less so for me, the reference to supposed listeners to oppose (it seems like a curse that's hard to break, this attitude) - The album? Not 5 stars, but I’d say around 4.

Hi Fusillo. One of these days we should grab a beer. Maybe I'll call you. If not, will you call me? Alright, talk to you later... (I want to see him)

Beautiful, Supersoul, very effective and direct. I only had the vinyl of the live, KKBB, which someone "borrowed" forever. I had almost forgotten about them. And to think I used to like them...

What is being said, Colossal? And where, in which context? Do you often collect the chatter of others? Do you work in a porter’s lodge? Urbi et orbi? Another farewell? What are you talking about? If you can be explicit, give it a try. Otherwise, explain to me the meaning of this sharp post, if possible. - To refer to the few things related to the little page, I invite you to read its beginning. Perhaps it will be clearer to you why not. Simply because those are the words contained in the English phrase. So ask Ali Farka, the why. The alternative you suggest doesn’t suit me, too pompous and completely unrelated to the text. But it happens, if one doesn’t read a page, to ask similar questions. - As for the votes, feel free. I fear the porters may have misinformed you. - However, I still look forward to reading some of your contributions, even pompous ones, in this space. It seems that your profile highlights the absolute lack of reviews in your name. But scrolling through your shrewd comments, one gathers a nice collection of disdainful, terse, absolute judgments, seasoned with kind insults, referring to pages, users, etc. Well, it’s a really interesting way to share this space. But I don’t like it. Ah, this isn’t what is being said, this is what I think and what I’m telling you. Have a good day and lots of good things.

Yes, Hal, you remember well. Every time I listen to this or "Relaxin With" it comes back to me. After getting out of the "troubles," you had to settle down with the major and had to respect previous obligations. Incredible, right?

Trickykid is right: also because, as Charley reminds us, they cost very little.

Oh, I'm back and I find this idyllic atmosphere... And another name that deserves a chapter of its own: Matthew Shipp. Contemplate, detached for once from the more renowned names, and write something about his work. There's just a wealth of choices. The only page dedicated to him on DeBaser is the one about the great album by Spring Hell Jack, "Amassed." A title that, if you don’t know it, Happy should listen to (no need to drool, but it can still be appreciated) - Sorry for intruding, but I have this tendency towards voyeurism: I hide among the thickets and observe the amorous meetings, occasionally popping out for an approach... Bai bai.

You know something, Contemplazione? When I wrote it, the same thing happened to me: I hadn’t listened to it in a while, that day I took it to the office and I "had to" write these lines. By a strange coincidence, the day it was published we read in the newspapers about his death. As if it had been an unconscious homage (I didn't even know he was ill) dictated to me by some of those spirits he often referred to... Of course, it's silly, but it struck me at the time.
