I felt a lot of prejudice while driving, because I also sensed that air of arrogance and pretentiousness from josi_, yet I found it to be an incredibly fun album, and they seemed much lighter and less burdened than the Massimo Volume. I’m not sure how it holds up to repeated listens, but the beginning is really not bad. I'm curious to know who the bleeped-out band was, the guy who looks like a clerk and says something like "I bet you don’t know Lanegan."

Pierrot and the Moon is my absolute favorite by Litfiba. Renzulli is inept on the guitar and Pelù is as smart as a scarf, but there's Marok, who is great. Sure, maybe abroad there are infinitely superior new wave records, but this album is almost indispensable in Italy.
