The album is obviously immense, and for me, Las Vegas Tango is perhaps Wyatt's absolute pinnacle. The review is well written, but your take on the album seems a bit off. In my opinion, beyond "Wyatt the communist," this album has nothing to do with idealism. It’s Wyatt the Dadaist playing on this record; it’s the little voice that whistles sadly and disoriented, unable to find the meaning of things.

Hi Antonio, how's it going? I'm listening and re-listening to a lot of slow and boring stuff that I’m passionate about :D (like Third Ear Band, Steve Roach...). Just recently, I discovered a band with a fantastic guitarist, Cheval de Frise. They’re a French duo, just guitar (classical and electric) and drums, and they play math rock. They can be pretty challenging, but they are incredibly powerful and very, very technical; it’s hard to believe there are only two of them. Given your passion for the guitar, you might find them interesting. What have you been listening to?
