.....just to let Poletti know that ...in my opinion....the art rock of Level 42 has been too little appreciated..... and also Bowie’s country & Western..... .

Maybe it's because I'm a romantic, maybe it's that story about something stiffening (remarkable!), maybe it's also due to the class and elegance of her style, maybe because there aren't many like her, or maybe it's because her big voice isn't so monotonous, or because it's an album that's almost standard, halfway between jazz, the style of great orchestras, refined light music, and a bit of charm, BUT I adore this record, which my wife rightly loves too.......but no background music for silly conversations during dinner; In the car en voyage freewheelin'! Great review, Cavalletta!! :-)
