Can you briefly explain the debate about Necro? Was there one? I didn't get it; does anyone like it? Is it for caz? or for Massimo?

Socrates, don’t worry, as long as one of us stays present on the debe..! In these days, as you may have understood, I’ve had a break and so I’ve been able to take some good shots, but soon I’ll return to spacing out my appearances. Anyway, if you review any of my favorite albums like you did in the past.. well, it will be as if I did it myself. In fact, it will definitely be better. See you soon.

1. Years ago, I read an interview with Clinton, where he was asked what that brown substance was in which the woman was submerged: He said it represented the "shit" of the title track, but unfortunately couldn't use the real thing—he thought the symbolism was clear (but I was thinking more along the lines of something calmer, like the woman being Mother Earth, and that was her body, the Earth). 2. Clinton mentioned that he started playing with the Parliaments in 1964, and with this I didn't mean to omit that he had a pre-existing career, only that at that time that music wasn't relevant in relation to funk, hence I justifiably omitted it. 3. Zion, I can't do commissioned reviews!!! Even if I agree with all the great things you said.....I'll see, my period of having more free time is about to end.

Boo, maybe "Italy of Gold," the one with the moon from the mountain. It's basically his blockbuster...

Well, honestly, I don't think the Black Merda influenced many artists. Their albums are, all in all, quite anonymous, despite being competent. Perhaps you’re referring to the fact that they not only produced but also composed the masterpiece debut of the Fugi "Mary, Don't Take Me on No Bad Trip" (1968). But for that matter, the Parliaments were already active since 1964, and by 1967 they had begun recording excellent and innovative singles. In 1968, the Parliaments split into Funkadelic & Parliament. The first album by F. is indeed from 1970, but everything had already been tasted. Anyway, I just wanted to say that the discussion doesn't make sense: musical generations last at least a minimum of 2-4 years, and during that time, one cannot speak of plagiarism. The Stones did not clone the Beatles, the Clash did not clone the Sex Pistols, Blue Oyster Cult did not clone Led, Bauhaus did not clone Joy Division, Oasis did not clone Blur. But the Black Merda had such little impact on the genre they were part of, for better or for worse, that, as nice people and perhaps great session musicians, they can at most be compared to Rare Earth.

It's completely stuck, but a dusty genius always knows how to get by and bring home the bread, even when he's lost his way (and struggles in vain to find it again). After the much smoke and little roast of Passi D'Autore, God bless him, but really bless him, not just a little!!

It's true, we owe him a tribute. Bertoli is still here, for those who appreciated him before and haven't forgotten him now. I miss a unique person like him.

Alexander, but why does Francis have so many enemies? We should for once band together to help him... if through indirect means and without any physical contact I found myself having nobody else, I would listen to him and write a review, but unfortunately I'm not that lucky... maybe if someone could get me, I don't know, the latest from Simply Red or Cher, I don't think it would make that much difference.

Epic album. And how many epigones for an entire decade... congratulations on the choice! A kind of Devo for the little ones.

Great review, it felt like it belonged only to you, Faith, on that night at 3.. I often write them around that time too. My favorite of the trilogy is 17seconds (and also my favorite by The Cure along with 3 Imaginary Boys) but Faith is unique, it can stop time. And it's not "dark", but pearlescent gray. You know what the problem is now? That there are no more Cure records left to review...
