Joni Mitchell Blue

Everyone would have liked to do this. But very few would have done it as well as Grass. And the Christmas outburst is well received, even though it fills me with 90s nostalgia every time they throw Mariah Carey at me with that jingle 14 times a day. So I go back inside, put on the Pogues, and treat myself to some Chivas.

Mr. Bungle Disco Volante
Voto:
Caz is a matter of perspective... Mr Bungle has been around since '85, but I discovered them "because Mike Patton played in them." Everyone can get there their own way. This doesn't take anything away from Dunn or Spruance. For that matter, I equally adore California and Mr. Bungle as well. But this was the first one I listened to; this was the key to the wonderland. In my opinion, everything they've done is the pinnacle; you can't ask for compromises from a band like that.

Clock Dva Buried Dreams

I prefer the clocks of thirst, that avant-garde punk-jazz is light-years away from Buried Dreams. But the quality level remains consistently high. The final part of the review is worth a treasure. It leaves you amazed, enchanted by a slice of gratuitous beauty (Baudelaire quote included).

beautiful Jim, justice has been served to a masterpiece.
Giorgio Gaber Far finta di essere sani
Voto:
It was Gaber who first brought me, like others, into a theater. And suddenly, from being fussy teenagers at stadiums or indoor arenas, we started to wonder why all concerts weren't held in theaters. Il Signor G made me read some unsuspected books, he told me a lullaby when I was little. There’s a Gaber for every age, or perhaps every age can find something it likes in Gaber. Maybe among the great singer-songwriters, he’s the one I’m most attached to (along with lucio faber franco). I apologize for any scattered errors in this piece, but I wrote it in one go, on a Saturday morning after reading the newspaper. And I sent it to you right away, warm from the heart.

I fully agree. And the opening part is beautiful. I agree with that too. A little taste of life.

not just a milestone of the 90s. Great job reminding us of that. Maybe the introduction with the ramble about the iPod and Superga could have been avoided.
