Well, they started in the legendary eighties and are still around today; their latest album is from this year (although it's a bit mediocre), and I've also seen some of their videos on TV. Anyway, the records from the '80s are truly brilliant; you can't go wrong.

zaireeka what the hell are you making that poor Dave believe..Dave the Flaming Lips are one of the greatest bands ever, as zaireeka knows very well, it’s very serious not to know them, so I advise you to do it right away!! I saw Zaireeka on All Music; they would be the forefathers of The Flaming Lips, unbelievable!! And among the styles, there's even "progressive metal"!!!!!!
