Core, I don't think it's a gender issue, but I'm speaking for myself obviously... there are people here who would never get close to a product like this... and I also appreciate the circus very little (not just in rock, in any genre... once I had a discussion because an industrial band was wearing what I found ridiculous post-nuclear costumes) so I start off a bit biased... but a good album is a good album... Appetite will always be one (and the Illusions too, despite the fillers), the Skid Row albums are great records from the first to the last (again for me)... I have my opinion on Motley (imagine that I adore the self-titled one, that "pantherized" one... for me it's an exceptional album... from the period before Doc Feelgood)... but here we're on the edge of plagiarism and imitation... When there were people who knew how to play, regardless of the fact that the scene didn't generally drive me crazy, there were nevertheless enjoyable records that deserved respect... I see nothing beautiful in these Scandinavians pretending to be 80’s rockers in the snow (as if Stockholm were LA) especially musically... it’s not just a matter of catchy choruses... you and I could come up with a catchy chorus too... it’s about making music for the pleasure of making it...

No no no... we’re really not there: 1) “Originality in doing what the idols of the past did”: what the hell is that, a contradiction in three words?! At best, original in reinterpreting... but these guys, sorry, are just not capable of it. 2) “Simplicity in bashing those four crappy notes on the instruments”: no, the problem is that they wouldn't know how to do anything else. This isn’t simplicity, it’s incapacity. 3) Lightness: it’s a virtue when you have something to say musically, not when you’re just ridiculous clones. Core, you write well, and I understand that you like this genre... but these are complete nothingness: Beautiful bomb is indescribably awful: gaudy, ridiculous, kindergarten-level lyrics, musically depressing... these are some obscene clones, and you’re trying to see inventiveness in them. If you want, explain to me where the inventiveness lies... but don’t tell me you feel it... provide arguments, even at the level of arrangements, rhythm, sounds, song structure, key... whatever you want... these are among the worst things I've ever had the misfortune to hear.

Hmm, this discussion is lacking the PsychoMerenghetti of the day! I still don’t get who Kaizer Soze is! Can someone explain it to me?!

I don't know, just write throwing everything in, the only thing missing was your venereal diseases and a recipe... but I like how you write!

I wouldn't know what to say hell, (never even heard of it, never mixed in half a trailer) other than I would let my genitals be whipped for Eva Mendes (and only for her!) :D

He doesn't deserve all the beatings he's taken in recent years, regardless of the quality of his latest works which I don't know... but It, The Stand, Different Seasons, and Gerald's Game (to write a book of such caliber about the paranoia of a woman tied to a bed takes real skill...) earn him at least a well-deserved respect...

YES, but you could never figure out where the hell they were going. Pib: they did more damage than the suicide mode! On the plus side, they gave me a ton of laughs!
