Among the myriad of crap that guy pulls out, it's clear that there's something true (a certain inconclusiveness at the compositional level, Mustaine is close to 0 when it comes to singing) but if you reread what he says about Rust in Peace, as well as the way he (doesn't) talk about Countdown and Youthanasia, you'll realize he's the classic poor, excited idiot... let him compose Tornado of Souls, Symphony, Hangar 18, etc...
