Look, I wrote that post in a flash, without checking how many games Jordan had played against Nique in the playoffs... but I clearly remembered the battles with Boston, while I couldn't recall a single series where Nique faced Jordan... Alright, let's put the argument to rest... well, I really struggle to remember the regular season results! They played an impressive number of games!

Well, the Hawks who clashed with Boston weren't a bad team; like many other teams, they lacked that sharp edge, that result that gives you the boost to believe in it. After all, the East Coast was full of terrifying teams...

:) yes, but damn, you nailed me with 50 posts about what I wrote in post 46 (and that silly guy nes backing you up... don't worry, he didn't even know what he was talking about, he just likes to chime in randomly) and then it turns out that basically JOrdan and the BUlls never played against the HAWks in that matchup (the ones who even made Boston tremble) which is exactly what I was saying...

Well, I like to discuss and raise my voice, Celtics style, especially when someone uses certain expressions like you did back in ’72… for the rest, Emerson, let me point out something (you made me doubt... I admit it): Larry and the Celtics faced the Hawks three times in the playoffs, and in one of those, there was an epic battle. Now, I could be misremembering, so correct me if I’m wrong… but it seems to me that the Jordan Bulls only played against the Hawks once, in ’93, practically when Nique’s career was already going downhill (the next year he changed franchises, one or two years later he ended up with the struggling Celtics and then in Italy)... as you can see, what I wrote wasn't exactly wrong; in fact, I don’t remember a single playoff game between Jordan and Nique, the Hawks were pretty much done... so?! Let’s see if we can figure out who of the two said something nonsensical (in good fun... I don’t have the NBA almanac on hand)…

They are irrecoverable, but you like not to respond: first you say that I express myself poorly (post 92), then you tell me that I don't know which nique played in the same era as Jordan, and that's due to a slip of mine. Then, IRRECOVERABLE YOUR SISTER, I didn't insert myself; YOU INVITED ME TO RESPOND, AND I ADMITTED WHAT YOU SAID (reread, because now I'm fed up with responding to you...POST 56). As for post 57, it seemed obvious to me the boastfulness (mixed with a grain of truth), also because I later explained in post 63 "team sports are not individual sports, titles count to a certain extent"... but you only read what suits you, and respond only to what suits you. I never underestimated Julius; you underestimate Bird's value as a defender from the heights of your statistics, and I showed you that statistics count to a certain point (better a steal like Larry’s against Isiah than 10 steals in less decisive moments). "As for the value of the Celtics before and after Bird's arrival, do you want to explain how that’s relevant???" I'll explain it to you... Larry made a leap forward that had never been seen before; his impact on the game was also due to his ability to make his teammates important, and everyone recognized that. Now do you understand, or as you like to say, do you want a little drawing? No one can say what they would have done with the Sixers. Now, since I'm tired of your arrogance (post 72... teach the ABC to your sister, idiot), and since I'm sure that whatever I respond you will continue to parrot the same things, I’m leaving you. Notice that until you came in to mess things up, we were having a great time with Don and Alfredo... as for the rest, I refer you to post 76 where I had already extensively responded to your brilliant dissertations...

By the way, what the hell does it mean "If Bird had ended up in Philadelphia, he would have never won the ring"... since you're good with statistics and you like them so much, check out Boston's win percentage in the year before Larry arrived and their win percentage with Larry (rookie of the year)... the largest increase in wins ever recorded (I'm not updated, maybe LeBron has surpassed it??). So, as you can see, your assumptions are just that... and the Sixers weren't exactly a small team...

Earlier I talked about Julius in penetration (so also about the movements,,,post 87)...what a dragggg...do you see that you're heavy and cling to the words?!

Sorry Emerson, but I don’t understand... first you tell me that I’m not explaining myself well (post 92), then you say that I don’t know that Nique played in the same era as Jordan... I remember perfectly the dunk contest that saw them face off... although, I insist, I see Nique as more connected to the era of Bird, maybe because that’s when I saw Dominique at his peak (in fact, later I wrote that I should have said at his peak in that post 46)... yes, it’s actually a slip... but the meaning still seemed clear to me...

Of course, everyone sees it their own way... look, I've devoured Julius's videos; I go crazy for his flights too... in my opinion, Bird is superior to him, I've tried to explain to you why... clearly, it's just my opinion...
