Well, what can I say... maybe the truth lies somewhere in between... I’m convinced that Pippen was truly amazing... maybe he didn't have the guts of Jordan, nor the ambition, which is why he paid the price, just like Alfredo says... Oakley wasn't bad, come on, and neither was Paxson. I remember one of his game-winning shots at the last second in some series...

Ahaha...Alfredo if you read around the internet you will find that Jordan literally took (almost) only beatings from the Bird Celtics (even when he scored 63 points)...I’m not the one saying it. It's clear that, as we already mentioned, we are not talking about an individual sport, and we need to consider the fact that we are not talking about the Bulls at their peak. Regarding Bird, you know him well, but there are a ton of twenty-somethings out there who have literally missed him...then highlights alone aren’t enough to understand Bird's value...just think about the famous record, when practically as a rookie, the Celtics had the most incredible percentage increase in wins in history (the year before him the Celtics were a disaster...). Many of you say that apart from Pippen, the Bulls were just Jordan...that seems a bit excessive to me, to be honest (I don’t think they would have won so much), and anyway, Pippen was a hell of a phenomenon...I think Bird would have moved mountains to have a Pippen on his team (despite the overall high level of the Celtics lineup)...just my opinion, to be clear...

@Don: haha, I know Don, Jordan is number 1, there's nothing to say... it's just that people know little about Larry Bird and often underestimate him, especially one of his qualities: making everyone who played around him better and making the team perform like no one else ever did (and I'm not the only one saying this). As for the Sixers, I agree with you. I really remember them as a powerhouse...

I gladly reply to you, Nes. Later, I specified the meaning: "In any professional sport, an absence for a long period does not allow one to be competitive again so easily... in that NBA, yes, in fact he dominated it again." When I say he would have taken hits, I don't mean he would have only and exclusively lost. We're talking about Jordan. However, I don't believe he would have won everything he won, and I don't think he would have had such a long career (the Celtics came out exhausted from the long battles). As for the rest, if you reread the final part of the conversation with Emerson, you'll notice that when I said, "if he had to deal with the real Bird (who always beat him), with the real Lakers, with the Pistons when they were truly at their peak, with Nique Wilkins, Moses Malone, Doc J (and I could go on)..." it wasn't at all the nonsense you rushed to call it, since we've established that Jordan practically never played against the best Hawks and, above all, he faced Nique only once in the playoffs (unlike Bird who encountered him 3 times).

I meant Nique, that Julius had more than exceptional means, even the cat of my neighbor knows that!
