I almost forgot: the Velvet Underground is Scaruffi's favorite band... does that have anything to do with your opinions? No, right... I'm suspicious if that thought crossed my mind. In any case, from what I've heard so far, they are three monotonous chords, a flat and uninspired voice, but if you see them as geniuses, what can I say... the world is beautiful because it is varied. I've heard Venus in Furs, Sweet Jane, Heroin and guess what: they suck! I find them boring, bland, completely unimaginative, monotonous and excruciating. They can't even lace up their shoes compared to Queen II; we're on two different planets!

I read the lyrics and they seem quite trivial and full of clichés. All heroin addicts say things like that. Do you really think this is superior music to March of the Black Queen? And that the lyrics, which are absurdly banal, would be better? I don't understand you. This is simply the summary of the ramblings of Christiane F. in Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo. I will listen to others, I hope they are better than this. By the way, have you listened to Queen II?

The Velvet Revolver are the ones with Slash. The Velvet Underground are the ones with Lou Reed. I don’t want to dive into the discussion for now, but I’m doing my research. I’ve listened to Heroin so far and it made the milk drop from my c*****s (which I don’t have!) and I don’t think it’s appropriate to call these guys geniuses.

I think Antonio was trying to joke... I read sarcasm... maybe it was a fake review...

This is also a milestone in rock. Those who claim that Queen are not original haven't listened to them. They probably haven't even listened to Led Zeppelin, but they say they sound alike because Scaruffi or some damn music encyclopedia says so. The most distinctive piece is "My Fairy King," with Freddie's voice overlapping and the surreal atmosphere that pervades the song, the guitar intro that sounds like the buzz of a bee. Brilliant. The entire album is brilliant. P.S. - What makes me smile is that the criticisms come from those who listen to Oasis and Radiohead... Ah ah ah!
Queen A Night At The Opera

A Night at the Opera is one of the best albums I have ever had the pleasure of listening to (and relistening and relistening). It has everything: it ranges from the ferocity of Death on 2 Legs in the best hard rock traditions to one of the most beautiful love ballads, Love of My Life. All the tracks are beautiful. In particular, noteworthy is The Prophet's Song, powerful and experimental in its layered choir sections. As for the review, well... it could have been written a bit more, but it’s also fair to do like Gaetano and recommend listening to the album. Especially when there are idiots who don't know what to write and limit themselves to insulting the artist in question. One more thing: Bo Rhap is stunning, if only because you won't find anything else like it in music, and no copycats after the fact!

I agree with Claudio! There are people who prefer to listen to monstrous nonsense just to pose as critics... Nowadays, anyone who makes unlistenable stuff is hailed as a genius! I will never understand them!

Hi Peppe, haven't you noticed that the idiot doesn’t sign his name and doesn’t write anything, yet every time he gives the lowest rating to the album? How mature you are, dear anonymous... I have no words. Anyway, I’ll vote for the album too!
