No, look, at most I was afraid of the opposite (left-handed)... anyway, for historical context, I meant a plan that was too real, an album that talks about something too "earthly" if you understand what I'm saying...

What becomes of art if not to convey emotions, my dear easycure?

Vana, it's clear that this album has left something inside you. The review is beautiful.

easycure... I won’t try to explain things that you clearly can’t understand. Just know that there are seven arts of equal dignity (among which I remind you of Music and Poetry) and each conveys different yet comparable emotions. If only you had a minimal background in general music, you would know what Marduk meant in the "extreme" landscape. Consequently, you wouldn’t find the comparison so absurd. I also remind you that, just as not all poetry readers are cultured, not everyone who listens to metal is crude and ignorant. Furthermore, you have classified Metal as a subgenre of rock. Ignorant. Monsters like Deep Purple (1967), Iron Butterfly (1966), Aerosmith (1972), AC/DC (1974), and others were contemporaries, or almost, of NWOBHM (1974). Chronologically, it is therefore impossible for metal to descend from rock. The two currents only had a few common ancestors, but they developed parallel to each other. Best regards.

I'm intrigued. However, I'm afraid that the historical context might annoy me. A great review otherwise. If the album is described this way, it must be really beautiful.

Our Bathory likes to review masterpieces... and it does so with class, no doubt about it. I'm not particularly fond of the album, but the Sabbathian atmospheres have something that no other band has been able to create anymore. Atmospheres that Bathory has managed to capture and describe, perhaps with little emotion, but that's perfectly fine.
