THE REVIEW

2003 was a year marked by a large number of new releases and the Aborted, a group that already has a lot of experience in the Brutal-Death-Core field, come to mark another great step in their career.

The band is always in great shape and they always give their all to deliver a devastating and destructive work. I can't find a song among the ten with a slow rhythm. Always upbeat, all the songs stand out very well right from the first listen. The guitars are sharp and heavy as always, but when needed, they manage to add a touch of melody to the whole, which never makes a song boring.

The CD opens with "Meticulous Invagination" and it starts off really well. Other very direct songs are "The Saw And the Carnage Done" or even "Clinical Costolomy". It's a shame about the drummer, the latest news suggests he's amicably parted ways with the band. Behind the skins, he had no problems with power or technique and in fact, in this album, he makes a great contribution to its overall success. We'll see in the future, I will always anxiously await every return of this great band!
